Refund policy

30-day returns

If your Pawlito purchase is not right for you, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. You do not need to give a reason for changing your mind.

How to request a return

Email aidigitalmentors@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and correct return address. Please do not send your parcel to an address on the original shipping label unless we confirm it. Send your return within 14 days of receiving the instructions.

Product condition and return costs

You may unpack and inspect the product to check its fit and features. For a change-of-mind return, please return it clean, undamaged, free of pet hair and odors, with all included parts and, where possible, the original packaging. We may reduce a refund only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the product, as permitted by applicable law.

You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. Use a service with proof of postage and keep the receipt.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not limited to our 30-day voluntary return period.

Refunds

Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Eligible refunds include the product price and any standard outbound delivery charge required to be refunded by law; optional expedited delivery upgrades are not refundable unless required by law.

Cancellations and your rights

To request cancellation before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can use the return process. This policy adds to, and does not restrict, mandatory consumer rights, including applicable UK and EU cancellation and faulty-goods rights.
