Is it right for my dog?
It is designed for small pets who enjoy covered spaces. Check your pet’s curled-up measurements against the size guide and leave room for the plush lining. It is not intended for large dogs.
Which size should I choose?
S measures approximately 13.8 × 17.7 in (35 × 45 cm). M measures approximately 21.7 × 17.7 in (55 × 45 cm). These are outer dimensions; usable space inside is smaller. If your pet likes to stretch, allow more room.
Does the entrance stay open?
The rim is soft and flexible, not a rigid frame. Fold it outward to help your pet explore, and place the sack flat on a stable surface.
Can I mix colors and sizes in the two-sack offer?
Yes. Choose the two-sack offer, then select the color and size for Item 1 and Item 2. The pair totals $49.95 before any applicable taxes.
How should I clean it?
Follow the care instructions supplied with the product for washing and drying. Let it dry completely before your pet uses it again.
What if it is not the right fit?
